Mid-Michigan is full of businesses that are excellent at what they do and invisible online. The plumber with thirty years of five-star word of mouth and a site that doesn't load on a phone. The restaurant with the best fish fry in Bay County and a PDF menu. The dentist whose site was built in 2014 by a nephew who's since moved to Denver. The work is good; the website is costing them calls, and they know it, and every quote they've had was either a national company selling a template or an agency selling a retainer.
Mi AI Marketing was started to be the third option: a local studio that builds a proper site at a fixed price, hands you the keys, and picks up the phone afterwards. We write the copy, source the photos, set up the Google Business Profile, wire the forms to your phone and get it live in two to three weeks — and then, if you want, we look after it for a flat monthly fee you can cancel any time.
We are deliberately local. Search behaves differently in every one of these towns, and knowing that a Thomas Township search returns different results from an Old Town one, or that Mount Pleasant's market resets every August, is worth more than any amount of generic optimisation. It's also why we say no to work outside the area: we'd rather do this well here than adequately everywhere.

Fixed price, quoted first
Website builds are $997, $1,997 or $3,497. You know the number before anything starts, and if we underestimate the work, that's our problem — not an invoice you didn't expect.
You own everything
The domain is registered in your name, the site lives in your account, and the code and content are yours. If you ever work with someone else, you take all of it with you.
Honest when the answer is no
If your current site is ranking and converting, we'll tell you to keep it. If off-the-shelf software would do the job, we'll point you at it. A phone call costs you nothing either way.
Fast, plain, mobile-first
Most of your customers will only ever see your site on a phone, on a weak signal, in a hurry. We design for that screen first and measure the speed before launch.
Local by design

Where are you based?

Do you work with businesses outside Mid-Michigan?
Rarely. Being local is the point — we know the competition, the towns and the customers here. If you're outside the area we'll happily point you toward someone good rather than take on work we can't do as well.

Most of our work is replacing a site that's five years old, slow on a phone, or invisible on Google. We'll look at what you have, keep whatever is working, and tell you honestly if you don't need us yet.
