A care plan is somebody looking. Software and security updates applied, backups taken and tested, uptime and form submissions monitored so a failure is caught the day it happens rather than the quarter. And, for most owners, the part that actually matters day to day: a text or an email with a change — new hours, a new team member, a price, a photo of the finished job — and it's live the same day without you logging into anything.
The plans are optional and there's no contract. Plenty of clients take the one-time build and run it themselves, and that's fine — everything is documented and you own it. The monthly plans exist for owners who'd rather text than log in, and for the ongoing local SEO work that keeps rankings climbing after launch. Hosting is billed to you directly with no markup, whichever you choose.

Is there a contract?
No. The plans are month to month and you can stop whenever you like. If you leave, you keep the site, the domain and everything on it — the plan is a service, not a lease.
Do I need a maintenance plan at all?
Not necessarily. If you're comfortable applying updates, keeping an eye on the form and making your own changes, the one-time build is enough and we document everything so you can. The plan is for owners who'd rather not think about it, and for businesses in competitive markets where the ongoing SEO work is what holds the ranking.
What counts as a content update?
A change to what's already there — hours, prices, a photo, a paragraph, a team member, a special. Growth Care includes two a month, Premium Care is unlimited. A whole new page or section is scoped separately on Basic and Growth, and included on Premium.
Can you maintain a website you didn't build?
Usually, after a short audit. We need to see what it's built on and what state it's in; some sites are fine to take on as they are, some need a cleanup first, and a few are better replaced. We'll tell you which honestly, and if it's the last one we'll show you what a rebuild would cost before you decide anything.
