Discovery first
Custom work can't be quoted from a phone call. A short discovery produces a written scope and a fixed price — and sometimes the recommendation not to build anything.
No hourly billing on the build
Once scope is agreed the price is the price. If we underestimate, that's our problem, not an invoice you didn't expect.
You own what we build
Code, data and repository. Another developer can take over at any point — there's no lock-in and no export fee.
Ongoing care is optional
Custom software needs updates and a caretaker. Take that as a monthly plan or handle it in-house; either way you get the documentation.
