This is for you if
- The site is more than five years old and looks it
- It's slow or awkward on a phone, which is where your customers are
- You can't edit it yourself, or nobody knows the login
- It's rented — from a builder platform or an agency that owns it
Most of the work we do is a replacement, not a first website. The site exists, it was fine when it went up, and somewhere along the way it stopped doing its job: it's slow on a phone, it doesn't fit the screen, the form quietly stopped sending, nobody knows the login, or it lives on a platform you're renting from a company that's since been sold twice. The phone rings less than it used to and nobody's sure why.
A redesign starts with an audit, and sometimes the audit's answer is "don't". If the site is ranking and converting and just looks dated, a light refresh beats a rebuild. If it's genuinely costing you calls, we'll show you which pages are doing it before you spend anything. When a rebuild is the answer, the first job is protecting what the old site earned: every URL mapped, redirects in place so a page that ranked keeps ranking, the content that works carried over, the Google Business Profile left untouched. Rankings lost in a redesign are almost always lost through carelessness, not necessity.
Then we build the new site the way we build every site — mobile-first, fast, written for local search, with forms and booking that actually reach you — and cut over with no downtime. Moving off Wix, GoDaddy, Squarespace or an agency that owns your site is part of the job, not an extra, and when it's done the site is in your name, in your account, and yours.

What's actually included.
An audit of the current site
What's ranking, what's converting, what's broken, what's slow. In writing, before anything is decided — including if the answer is to keep it.
A keep-or-replace decision per page
The pages that earn traffic are carried over and improved. The ones that don't are rebuilt or retired.
A redirect map
Every old URL mapped to its new home so the rankings, the links and the bookmarks all carry across.
New design and copy
Designed around the job the site has to do now, with copy rewritten in the words people search — not the old text poured into a new template.
Migration off the old platform
Wix, GoDaddy, Squarespace, WordPress, an agency's system — content, images and domain moved into an account you own.
A launch with no downtime
The new site is built alongside the old one and switched over in minutes, with the old one kept until we're sure.
A post-launch rank check
Rankings and calls compared against the old site for the first weeks, so a drop is caught and fixed rather than discovered in the spring.
Start to finish, without needing much of your week.

Audit
Rankings, speed, forms, mobile, what's earning. You get a written picture and a recommendation — including "keep it" when that's true.
- 02
Plan the migration
Which pages stay, which go, where every URL redirects, what needs moving off the old platform and how the domain comes with you.
- 03
Design and build
A homepage you react to, then every page, built alongside the live site so nothing goes dark.
- 04
Cut over and watch
Redirects live, domain pointed, Google told. Then rankings and calls tracked for a month against the old site.

A redesign is priced like a new build — Starter, Growth or Premium, quoted before we begin. The audit, the redirect map and the migration off your old platform are included; they aren't extras. The only time a redesign costs more than a new build is when there's custom functionality to rebuild, and you'll know that before you decide.

Will we lose our Google rankings in a redesign?
Not if it's done properly, and that's the part of the job we're most careful about. Every existing URL is mapped to its new home with a redirect, the content that earned the ranking is carried over and improved rather than replaced, the domain stays the same and the Google Business Profile is left alone. We track rankings for a month after launch so anything that moves is caught early.
Can we keep our domain and email?
Yes, always. The domain comes with you — if it's currently registered under an agency or a platform, getting it transferred into your name is part of the migration. Email is untouched unless you want it changed.
Can you move us off Wix, GoDaddy or Squarespace?
Yes. Those platforms don't export a site cleanly, so we rebuild it properly on the new stack, move the content and images across, set up the redirects and transfer the domain. The result loads faster, ranks better and is yours to take anywhere — which is the whole point of leaving.
How long does a redesign take?
The same two to three weeks as a new build, plus a few days at the start for the audit and migration plan. The old site stays live throughout, so there's no gap. The thing that most often stretches it is waiting to get the domain out of a previous provider's hands, and we start that on day one.
